Yet, in general, the bus doesn't arrive on schedule. I could have stayed at work longer or taken an even earlier scheduled bus so I wouldn't miss my connecting bus in downtown Cincinnati, which happens to be the last one that runs.
Departure and Arrival times are not updated to be useful to patrons. TANK has told me to be ready at 4:50 pm to depart because that's what the schedule says. There have been times when I arrived late and missed that bus.
I use the Transit app on Android to better stay on top of departure times, but TANK doesn't update that in real-time either.
