Called first and spoke with a knowledgeable young man in the the printing department. I then knew this was the place with solution I needed! Visited the store, a wonderful lady knew her stuff and I had my copies in minutes. I was very impressed with the personal attention and friendly behavior of the employees.
Tonight I visited this store to ship a laptop. After a few minutes of trying to find a box with a clerk I was finally told that Staples will not ship anything that has a battery in it. Instead, I was told to go to a UPS store to ship it. This Staples is an official UPS shipping location! I chose this store due to convenience and because of this choice I wound up missing my window to ship today. The UPS stores close at 7pm, I was at this staples just before 7pm. I wouldn't waste your time here if you intend to ship anything, they don't seem to have much of a clue.

I waited in line for 13 minutes just to be directed to another desk to pick up an online order. this next desk was actually a check out line where I waited for a mother of 3 with all their school supplies for all 3 children. with about three items left an employee came up and asked me if I needed any help, I said yes please!!! turns out I was sent to the wrong line anyways. Just an FYI for staples, SIGNAGE!!! you have no signs for where to go to pick up online orders. thanks, Tom Stopher
