Go through the policy very very closely and do research! They added different things to my policy even when I asked for an exact match of my parents. Which increased my rate $10-15/month.
That was complicated... +6 rate changes in 2 months. Took a month to straighten out the multiple errors they submitted (the gender wasn't even submitted correctly and I had been to the office!)
After 2 months the rate jumped $40/month! I was initially told it was a company wide increase due to distracted drivers, yet I got a call from their office saying it was because I moved? Can you just give me the actual reason and stop lying? Then I was told "if you can find a better rate go for it" and so I did.
