If they diagnose your pet (cat) with chronic kidney disease, make certain blood pressure is checked immediately!!! My sweet cat went totally blind because the doctor didn't check her blood pressure!!

I'm also not happy that they charge extra, over and above the office visit charge, to check blood pressure. It should be included in the office visit cost.

I lived in the Cincinnati and Kentucky area for five years, and I regret moving away only because Crescent Springs could no longer be my vet clinic. I hadn't met a staff member or veterinarian here that was not knowledgeable, professional, and great with my dogs. Looking through some of these other reviews, I can say I distinctly felt like the vets here did not recommend unnecessary procedures, tests, or medications. Compared to other vets in the Cincinnati area, the prices here are very reasonable. I miss being able to bring my pups to this clinic, and I have yet to find a new clinic in VA that compares!

So over-priced but the vets are sincere about caring for your pet, so it's worth it. A callout to Dr. Scheck, who is a very intelligent with expert diagnostics.

The girls at the desk and the assistants are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Five stars for them.

Staff up front are extremely friendly, however that is where it stops. On multiple occassions, we have brought in our old dog and had them paint a 'doom & gloom' picture in attempts to manipulate us into unnecessary procedures and medications. Since making the decision to change vet's and meal prepping for our dog's unique digestive system, she has perked right up! I am very glad we did not adhere to the advice received from this place, nor the emotional roller-coaster they had put us on. The only option they gave us was the most expensive one, leading us to believe that they are merely 'practice-hungry', 'money-hungry' mono-tone blabber-mouth lifeless droids set-out for self-gain over 'professional bedside-manner' & Animal/Owner wellbeing. A simple dietary change breathed new life into our beloved ole dog (SIMPLE advice that any TRUE Vet should know), NOT several hundreds of dollars of 'vet-proficiency training' (which is clearly all they were after) & a condescending attitude!!!

Very good animal health care facility!! Very friendly and more than willing to give multiple options for care. Normally get in pretty quick without a long wait
